No! Duosy follows the "one pays, enough for both" logic. When you buy Pro or Premium for a Couple Account, your partner's account automatically gets the same privileges the moment you pair with them. Your partner does not need to make an extra payment.

The subscription is tied to the App Store / Google account of the payer, and the rights belong to them. If you are the payer: even if you disconnect from your partner, you keep your privileges until the end of the paid period; you can switch to an Individual Account and use it alone, or pair with a new partner and continue. If you are the partner: your account automatically drops to the Starter plan the moment the connection is broken. If the payer pairs with a new partner, the plan's remaining days and features are instantly transferred to the new partner.

No. Couple Account features technically require data flow between two people. So even if you have a Couple Account subscription, you must be paired with a partner to activate these features.

Individual Account plans only cover personal features. When you choose to switch to a Couple Account from account settings, the system offers you an "upgrade". The fee for the remaining time on your current Individual subscription is calculated and deducted from the Couple Account price — you only pay the difference. Neither your time nor your money is lost.

When you move from a more comprehensive plan to a narrower one, immediate refunds can't be issued under Apple/Google policies. You can switch to an Individual Account, but you'll keep appearing as a "Couple Account subscriber" until your period ends, and your rights remain reserved. To avoid being charged extra at the next renewal, remember to update your plan to "Individual" in subscription management.

Yes. You can switch between Individual and Couple accounts anytime — there's no limit on any plan, including Starter. To use Couple features, you just need to link with a partner.

You can manage your subscription via "Subscription Details > Cancel Subscription", or from the "Subscriptions" page in the App Store / Google Play. When you cancel, you can keep using your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.

Did you delete the app, change your phone, or are your plan features not showing? When you tap this button, the system scans the active Duosy subscriptions on your App Store / Google account and re-grants the features you're entitled to. No extra fee is charged.

No. The free trial is granted only once per device, independent of the account used. In line with our fair-use policy, the system does not offer a new trial when actions aimed at manipulating it are detected.

Under Apple/Google policies, partial refunds can't be made for a started subscription period. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then automatically ends.
